An important tool in achieving this is the specification and communication of annual corporate objectives. Edelmann uses these to ensure that its business conduct is transparent, predictable and measurable. The objectives are then implemented in a consistent, uniform quality management system across all the Edelmann Group's production sites. Regardless of the location at which an order is processed, the customer is always guaranteed one thing: the behaviour of the employees, the implementation on the machinery and ultimately the result at the POS takes place in full compliance with Edelmann's "High Q Packaging" quality standard.
